This policy explains what information GOUT 509 LLC ("GOUT 509 WHOLESALE", "we") collects on gout509.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Seller account information: name, email, phone, country and state, store name and description, ship-from address, and — for wholesale sellers — legal business name, business type, business address, category, volume and website.
• Seller verification (Verification Center): wholesale sellers provide their EIN, business documents and a photo ID of the business representative; retail sellers verify their email and phone with one-time codes and provide a photo ID. These documents are used only to review the seller, are seen only by the GOUT 509 review team, and are deleted when the seller account is removed.
• Buyers do not create an account. At checkout, Stripe collects the buyer's name, email, phone and shipping address.
• Orders: products, quantities, amounts, shipping address and phone collected at checkout, and tracking numbers.
• Payment and payout data (card numbers, bank accounts, SSN) is collected and stored by Stripe, not by GOUT 509.
• Shipping labels: to ship an order, the seller sees the buyer's name, shipping address and phone and downloads a shipping label. GOUT 509 records when labels are downloaded and the tracking number.

How we use it

To review and approve accounts and products, process orders, let sellers ship orders, prevent fraud, handle disputes, keep the website secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

The seller you order from receives your business name and shipping details to fulfill the order. We also use service providers: Stripe (payments and verification) and Cloudflare (hosting and security). We share information if required by law.

Security

HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, two-step admin login, login attempt limits and restricted access to uploaded documents. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.

Your choices

Use the contact form with your account or checkout email to access, correct or delete your information. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep sellers logged in. Your cart is saved in your own browser.
